GP-160 Steel Structure Inflation Type Fireproof Coating
is water solvent. Inflated immediately once met fire.
A fireproof layer will be formed to protect the steel
structure. Since coating is thin and with excellent
fireproof function, especially suitable for the fireproof
protection of exposed steel structure.

Usage
Steel structure for gymnasium, airport, exhibition ground,
factory, high-level building and so on.

Feature
■Fire-retardant period : for coating 4.0 mm t, fire-retardant
90 mins up.
■Water-retardant : soaking for 24 hours, no any variance
of coating.
■ Color : light gray
■ Dry time : ≦ 12 hours

Construction
■ There are bottom and top layers.
Quantity : (1) Bottom layer coating : 0.4 ~ 0.6 kg /
m2
(2) Top layer coating : 4 ~ 5 kgs / m2
■ Mixed rate of bottom layer coating : A : B = 5 : 5
■ Before construction, should clean the oil stain, dust
and rust on the surface of steel structure thoroughly,
then anti-rust treated.
■ Bottom coating : mixed and stirred A & B evenly,
sprayed or painted with thickness 0.2 ~ 0.3 mm, one
time will be available.
■ Top coating : shall mix and stir evenly before using.
If too thick, can consider to add some water.
■ Top coating should be proceeded by spraying. Spraying
gun should keep the distance from structure surface
for 300 mm, compressed air pressure > 0.4 Mpa. Spraying
the thickness with 0.5 ~ 2 mm eachtime, total thickness
: 4 mm, sprayed 4 times at intervals of 4 ~ 12 hours
for each time. (Depends on the temperature of work site.)
