Non-congealable Fire-stop Putty
GP-300 Non-congealable Fire-stop putty is made of fire-retardant
materials and inflatable materials. The product will
inflate once on fire and effectively stop flame and
smoke from spreading. Applicable as fire-retarding material
on crossing sections of building fireproofing area,
for the wires, cables and pipe going through floor boards
and walls would be the possible cause of flame and smoke
spreading, and our fire-stop putty can effectively prevent
it.
I. Feature:
1. Approved by CNS-14514 certification standards and meets
American Fireproofing Act .ASTME-814 standards (as UL-
....1479 and ASTME-119).
2. Fire resisting period: ＞ 2 hours
3. Oxygen exponent: ＞ 60
4. Smoke density: ＜ 65
II. Function:
1. Prevent flame from spreading alone plastic pipes through
floors and walls.
2. Prevent flame from spreading alone metal pipes through
floors and walls.
3. Prevent flame from spreading alone non-metal pipes
through floors and walls.
4. Prevent flame from spreading alone cables through floors
and walls.
5. Prevent flame form spreading alone cable channels through
floors and walls.
6. Prevent flame from spreading at windpipe holes.
7. Prevent flame from spreading along buses through floors.
8. Prevent flame from spreading at broad opens (including
metal pipes).
9. Prevent flame from spreading at flexible seams.
10. Prevent flame form spreading in communication system,
power plant and tunnels.
III. Preparation
1. Please clean stuffed holes and have all cables sorted
and organized before application.
2. The putty is soft and shapeable, apply it by hand to
the holes and wipe it even. When working on larger holes,
use steel
... wire mesh to fasten structure.
3. Under low temperature, warm up the putty in 40~70℃
water before application. IV. Package & Storage
1. 2 kg / pack, 20kg/ ctn.
2. Aluminum vacuum packing.
3. Please store indoors in dry, cool and airy places,
away from moisture.
